EnovaPremier Acquires T&WA

LOUISVILLE, KY - EnovaPremier, LLC, a new company formed by Cincinnati business leader Edwin Rigaud, has acquired certain operating assets of T&WA, Inc. This includes the assets of the Louisville headquarters of T&WA, Inc. and the operating assets of four of T&WA’s facilities, located in Paris, KY, Montgomery, AL, Charlotte, MI and Princeton, IN. These assets will now be operated by EnovaPremier.

EnovaPremier combines leadership in quality and cost control among the top automotive manufacturing support services companies, plus technical resources in the worldwide industrial and automotive services’ sectors. The new company will offer value added assembly and manufacturing support services to the automotive industry, especially in the area of tire and wheel assembly.

EnovaPremier will be headquartered in Louisville, KY. The service to customers will be seamless under the direction of Ed Rigaud and former T&WA executive Byron Meyer, the new Enova Premier COO, reporting directly to Ed Rigaud, President & CEO.

Ed Rigaud is a Cincinnati civic leader with more than 35 years of experience with Procter & Gamble. As a Vice President at P&G, Ed was responsible for activities ranging from creative product launch initiatives to managing large, multi-million dollar businesses. Rigaud also serves as President & CEO of Enova Partners LLC, a plastic injection molding company servicing the automotive industry. Enova Partners is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) under the standards established by the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
